Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data RomAIx BV holds about you in connection with RomAIx GEO. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to have your personal data deleted at any time. The three options below cover how to do it, from the fastest, disconnect a single integration, to the most comprehensive, full account deletion.
Data Deletion Request
If you want to delete personal data RomAIx BV holds about you as part of the RomAIx GEO service, this page explains how. You have three options depending on how much you want to remove and how quickly.
Option 1 — Disconnect any integration immediately
The RomAIx GEO Settings page lets you disconnect any connected third-party platform (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, your CMS) with a single click. This revokes our access token and stops new data being collected from that platform immediately.
Historical data already stored in RomAIx GEO remains until you delete your account (see Option 2).
Option 2 — Full account deletion
Email privacy@romaix.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address you signed up with. We process deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 17.
If we cannot verify the request is from you, we may ask for a copy of your identity document (with sensitive fields blacked out, see our Privacy Policy, Section 9 for details).
Option 3 — Revoke access from the third-party platform itself
You can also disconnect RomAIx GEO from the platform side, which is useful if you've lost access to your RomAIx GEO account:
Facebook / Instagram — Settings > Privacy > Apps and Websites > remove RomAIx GEO
Google — myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps with account access
LinkedIn — Account Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services
Your CMS — refer to the CMS's app or API permissions page
